Jersey Shore Alpacas is a small farm owned and operated by Jim and Tish Carpinelli and located near historic

Cape May, New Jersey.

At Jersey Shore Alpacas, we are committed to breeding fine animals with correct conformation and high quality fleece. We take pride in ensuring that our alpacas are cared for with the utmost attention to their health and happiness.

Because we are a small farm,

we are able to observe each animal closely and give them the attention they deserve.

Our farm is located on Route 47 in Green Creek, NJ, about

10 minutes north of Cape May. We welcome visitors on Saturdays from 10-4pm.  (There is no "admission charge.") We are also open on Thursdays and Fridays during the month of July.

Delivery Updates! 

Chanel delivered the first cria of the season at 3:30pm

on Friday, May 22nd.

We thank the Lord for a beautiful girl! Welcome, Little Zelda!

On Memorial Day, Annabelle showed her patriotism by delivering her first cria, a bouncy baby boy that Jim and I simultaneously christened "Patton" in honor of the day!

On June 19th, at 7:20am, Andina did us proud by delivering the second girl this year! We named her Miss Sera, for a special young lady who used to volunteer at our farm.

Sera the alpaca is feisty and covered with 2" of fleece already!

After a day of wet weather in the barn, where she was separated for bonding with mom, Miss Sera has her first taste of freedom in the paddock! Zelda and Patton are enjoying meeting their new playmate!
